About Christina Robles
My name is Christina Robles. I am the mother to four amazing children ranging in ages 25 to 6 years old. I was promoted to Grandma in 2022. I have been a Licensed Family Care Provider teaching preschool from my home for the past fourteen years. I have worked in the education field for seventeen years.
The Heart Behind Brighter Steps Preschool
As a young mother, I didn’t fully understand how crucial the early years are in shaping a child’s future. My journey began with love, mistakes, and powerful lessons. I entrusted my son’s care to a family member, believing that love and safety were enough. But when he entered kindergarten, I saw the challenges he faced—and I realized how vital early learning experiences truly are.
That awakening sparked my passion. I began working in the education system, learning everything I could about child development, equity in education, and how to help young children thrive. I saw firsthand how much of a difference high-quality early care makes—especially for working families like mine.
Brighter Steps was born from my personal story, my professional experience, and my deep desire to give other children what I didn’t know my own son needed: a strong, confident start. Here, we nurture the whole child—intellectually, socially, and emotionally—while supporting parents every step of the way.
Our mission is simple: to prepare children for school and for life, while offering families the peace of mind they deserve.
